TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope will hereby consider an application to amend Zoning By-law 20/2010, as amended, submitted by the Municipality of Port Hope on behalf of Loyalist College for lands owned by 1688405 Ontario Limited located at 230 Walton Street in accordance with Section 34(10.7) of the Planning Act. Furthermore, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope will hold a Public Meeting on June 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm, in person at the Town Hall, to consider the proposed application (File: ZB07-2023).
