Residents are advised that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for Council to consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions, following the Development Charges Public Meeting, which commences at 5:00 p.m.

At the Meeting, Council Members will review and consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions and provide feedback and recommendations to staff.

The Special Council Meeting to consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions will take place in Council Chambers, 56 Queen St, and the agenda and meeting links will be posted by Friday, October 4, 2024.

The agenda for this meeting is available on our Agendas and Minutes webpage. The session is open to the public to attend and will also be live streamed on our YouTube Channel.
