TCS handbell ringers will perform a variety of Halloween-themed music during their annual 45-minute concert. Monday, Oct. 28, 6pm at the Memorial Chapel, Trinity College School. 140 Ward St., Port Hope ON L1A 1L2. Free admission - all are welcome.
