Event Details:

Join us for the FREE six week telephone workshop series. This program helps people living with one or many chronic health conditions to better cope with the symptoms and activities of daily life. All participants will receive the "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" resouce book, the companion workbook and an "Exercise for Chronic Conditions" CD or MP3. 

Pre-registration is required due to limited space.
