Property Tax bills are due today. Payments can be made online through our Virtual Town Hall portal, through your bank by telephone or online banking, or by cheque, debit, or cash at Town Hall during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may also mail or drop off a cheque in the drop-box mail slot on the front door of the Town Hall (56 Queen Street Port Hope, Ontario L1A 3Z9). Failure to receive a tax notice does not eliminate the responsibility for the payment of taxes and penalty. Please pay on or before the due date to avoid penalties being added. Please ensure the Finance Department has your correct mailing address.
