A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 56 Queen Street, Port Hope.

At this Meeting, Council will proceed into a closed session, in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O., c.25 in order to consider items pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, effecting the Municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e) and advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose – Section 239(2)(f) (Update on Legal Matter).
