Event Details:

This group will read and process various works of literature. Groups topics will focus on resilience, coping skills, hope and wellness. All reading material will be provided and read out loud in the group. No preparation is needed from participants ahead of time.  Participants do not need to read as the literature will be presented. Discussion on the literature will relate the stories read to our own lives and discuss ideas in the group.
This is not a therapy group, or a processing group. This group is a place for people to learn more about a new topic and relate to literature with other groups members.

This is a drop in program at the Mary J. Benson Branch and is in partnership with Northumberland Hills Hospital Community Mental Health Services.
