Powerful Tools for Caregivers is being hosted in collaboration with the Community Health Centres of Northumberland in Port Hope.

Caring for a family member of friend with a chronic health conditions can be physically, emotionally and finacially challenging. Join us for a very supportive and interactive education workshop series (6 consecutive weekly sessions) on how to better manage stress and the challenges of caregiving so that you can continue to thrive and not just survive your caregiving journey. The group size capped at 12 people so that everyone has enough time to participate.

There is no cost to attend. 

Note: there are 6 sessions that build on the next, therefore, attending all sessions is very beneficial.
