Council will hold a closed session at 5:30 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O., c.25 in order to address a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b) and labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d) - (Union Negotiations).
