The Municipality of Port Hope's Fire Department is hosting an Open House as part of Fire Prevention Week - in partnership with Ontario Power Generation! Tuesday October 6th, 2026 from 6:30 pm-8:00pm.

 Choose the location closest to you, or visit all three!

Touch a truck, live demonstativions and a free BBQ sponsored by Ontario Power Generation at all locations.

This year's Fire Prevention Week theme focuses on Lithium-Ion Battery Safety. Learn how to safely charge, store and use lithium-ion battery powered devices to help prevent fire at home.
