The Festival of Lights and Trees illuminates Northumberland County’s holiday spirit like nothing else. Since its inception in 1997, this annual fundraising initiative has been a community favourite, creating memories and becoming a holiday tradition for guests of all ages, all while raising essential operating funds for the Capitol Theatre.

From November 20 to December 31, enjoy a winter wonderland of holiday themed wreaths and Christmas trees decorated by local businesses and community organisations, and enter to win the decorations by participating in the theatre’s popular yearly raffle. Festival viewing will be available before every panto performance and admission is free of charge.
