Getting a good nights' sleep can be difficult for many as well as being overwhelemed with feelings of stress. During this workshop we will review some common myths about sleep, provide tips on how to get a good night sleep, learn common signs of a sleep disorder and learn how to better manage stress.
This workshop is virtural using the Zoom platform. Use of computer camera and microphone is required for full participation.
