As we age we experience many changes. There may be challengs with our own mentail and physical health or of our partners or friends. As we communicate with people about how we are feeling, practicing good communication becomes essential. It helps us maintain the relationships that are important to us so we can get the support we need.
In this FREE workshops we will discuss:
- How to use "I" Messages when having difficult converstations
- Four communication styles people use and how each one has different results
- Why it is important to remember people are not mind readers
- How to use the power of positivity to improve our mental and physical health
