Purpose of the Application
The rezoning is being requested to satisfy condition #1 of provisional Consent File B04-2022. The purpose of the consent application was to sever a lot that was inadvertently merged on title and return it to the original lot configuration.
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject lands from General Commercial ‘COM2’ to:
·General Commercial Exception 153 ‘COM2#153’ to recognize the reduced lot area of 1,450m2 and 30m frontage (79 Toronto).
·General Commercial Exception 154 ‘COM2#154’ to recognize the reduced lot area of 1,180m2 and 30m frontage (81 Toronto).
Public Meeting Date
A Statutory Public Meeting will be held on May 21, 2024 at 5:00 pm in Council Chambers of Town Hall.
