Perform Live on a Professional Stage!

SONG is giving local youth (under 21) access to a professional stage. We provide the soundcheck, industry mentorship, food and green room. You provide the talent!

Details:

 

  • When: Friday, April 17, 2026.
  • Location:   Capitol Theatre (Sculthorpe Stage), 20 Queen St, Port Hope, ON 
  • Timing: 4:00pm-6pm Performer Soundcheck/Rehearsal,
  •                     6pm-6:45pm Pizza & Artist Mentor session,
  •                     7pm-8:30pm SoundStage Performance
  • Bring:         Any instrument you plan to use for your performance

 

Our Sunrise Rotary Artist Mentor for this SoundStage is Lou Pomanti.

Performance slots assigned in the order registrations are received. Depending on registrations performers may be limited to one song.

This is an All Ages Show in collaboration with our venue sponsor The Capitol Theatre. Parents, guardians, friends, and family are welcome to attend!

SONG and the Capitol want all fans to be able to attend -- tickets are "pay-what-you-can", and suggest starting at $10
